The pizza oven is a real eye-catcher and can be mounted on a trolley (optionally available).
The baking surface consists of replaceable fireclay bricks and the dome is made of stainless steel.
The stainless steel dome allows high temperatures with little wood consumption.
The insulation made of ceramic fibres ensures long heat retention in the baking chamber.
The stainless steel door is equipped with an ergonomic wooden handle that allows safe opening and closing without burning yourself.
The combustion air supply is regulated via the door.
